Can we produce our own street and traffic signs?

Absolutely. We manufacture all our signposts and hardware to accommodate standard MUTCD-compliant signage. If there are unique sign measurements we need to adapt to, please provide detailed directions (drill locations, sign thicknesses) to our sales team.

What materials are your pole components produced from?

Our pole components are typically made from high-grade cast and or extruded aluminum, depending on the system. Each component is engineered for durability, corrosion resistance, and long-term outdoor performance and powder-coated for an extra level of protection.

Can you meet BABA compliance?

Yes. We offer Buy America / Build America (BABA)–compliant products upon request. Please provide any necessary paperwork to our sales team.

Do your signs meet MUTCD compliance?

Yes. Our traffic and street signs can be produced fully compliant with MUTCD standards, including reflectivity, sizing, and layout requirements. It's always a good idea to check with your municipality about individual signage install requirements, and can draw up a spec sheet for approval, so you know exactly what you will be receiving prior to ordering.

What is the expected lifespan of your poles and vinyl signs?

Our powder-coated poles generally have a service life of 20+ years, and our vinyl or reflective signs typically last 7–12 years, depending on environmental exposure.

Do you offer custom signs personalized for our town?

Absolutely. We design and fabricate custom signs with city seals, branding, thematic colors, or special shapes. Our design team can help with creating logos and color schemes that will match your municipality or HOA. We will proof each order before production, so you know exactly what you will receive before ordering.

Can you provide submittals for municipal approval?

Yes. We can supply shop drawings, material data, finish specs, and any required documentation for review and approval.

Can you provide installation?

We can give recommendations for installation through trusted third-party installers nationwide. If you are local to West Michigan we have a contact we use for all our installations.

Do your signs and brackets include attachment hardware?

Yes. All required standard mounting hardware is included unless otherwise requested. If you are mounting signage to your own posts, you must provide our sales team with your post width and quantity to receive the proper hardware.

Do you offer discounts based on volume purchases?

Yes. Quantity-based pricing is available. Larger projects and multi-phase orders typically qualify for additional discounts. Please contact our sales team for more details.

What is your lead time?

Lead times vary by product, but most orders ship within 3–6 weeks. Custom or large-scale projects may require additional time. Smaller in-stock items may ship within the same week. If you have specific timelines to meet, please let our sales team know prior to ordering. We will do our very best to meet your expectations.

Can we complete our project in phases to meet budget constraints?

Yes. Many municipalities choose phased approaches. This also helps with project managing installations. We can help plan a timeline that aligns with your budget cycles.

Do you offer park and trail signage?

Yes. We provide a full range of park, trail, wayfinding, and interpretive signage. If you have a specific idea in mind, please let us know, and our design team will do its best to match your preferences.

Yes. We maintain relationships with qualified installers in many regions and can refer one based on your location. If you are local to West Michigan we have a contact we use for all our installations.

Can you provide a sample street blade?

Yes. We can provide a standard or custom sample for review before you commit to a larger order. We also offer sample boxes for purchase. These sample boxes include:

Do you have specs for each pole assembly component?

Yes. Technical specifications, cut sheets, and drawings are available for every component in our system. Specification sheets for each item can be viewed in the download section on each product page. We can also email them to you upon request.

Do you have products that stand up to high-wind areas?

Yes. We offer reinforced poles and brackets designed to perform in high-wind zones, including coastal and open-terrain areas. Please check with your municipality for specific hardware and burial depth that may be required in your region.

How well does your powder coat hold up near saltwater areas?

Our powder-coat finishes are engineered for corrosion resistance.
